Throughout her career, Apple Orchard Realty’s Liz Bruce has built relationships and acquired a vast knowledge of the business. Her experience in real estate, construction and the communities of New Hampshire make her a profound resource to her clients.
With contacts throughout the industry, Liz can put clients in touch with title companies, mortgage brokers and other experts at every step of the process. And her years of buying, selling and building give her a sharp eye when looking over a property, having seen many potential issues before.
A Philosophy of Communication and Support
Buying or selling a home is a highly personal undertaking – and can be a stressful one. By making herself available to her clients to answer questions and discuss issues and ideas, Liz works hard to reduce stress and put her clients in control.
“Since real estate is a very personal endeavor, I work on a one-on-one basis with my clients and customers. It’s also a very stressful time, so I try to make it as enjoyable as possible by giving them information about the process and what to expect.”
– Liz Bruce, Apple Orchard Realty
In more than 25 years in real estate, Liz has been a top agent at both large and small companies. In a company of over 300 agents, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 agents for three consecutive years, as well as one of the group’s Top 10 relocation agents. She has earned the MLS Million Dollar Sales award, in both listings and sales, for many years.
A University of Rhode Island graduate, Liz was school district food service director in Milford while raising her children. In 1985, she began her career in real estate, working for a small company, which joined one of the country’s largest franchises.
Liz saw an opportunity to branch out in 1991, with a new development along Merrimack Road, in Amherst. She bought a group of partially built condominiums sited there, finished the construction, and marketed and sold them. The development is known as Fox Meadow.
In 1995, Liz joined one of New Hampshire’s largest real estate companies, helping establish the Amherst office. She was consistently recognized as a top agent, and during her tenure there, in 2002, she earned her broker’s license.
In 2013, she opened her own office, expanding the services offered by her construction company, Apple Orchard Realty, Inc., to include real estate sales.
